**Your Time Is Finite**

Your time is finite, slipping like sand,
A treasure unseen, not held in your hand.

More precious than diamonds, more rare than gold,
A story of moments too priceless to hold.

Each second a heartbeat, a whisper, a flame,
A chance to be living, not just in name.

But those who will waste it in shadows and doubt,
Let life drift away while the clock ticks them out.

Beware of the thieves who don’t wear a mask,
Who borrow your hours with trivial tasks.

They steal with distraction, with noise and delay,
And leave you with nothing but fragments of day.

Your time is your life, not a coin you can spare,
Once spent, it is gone to the depths of nowhere.

No vault can retrieve it, no power restore,
The minutes you traded, the chances before.

So guard every sunrise, protect every night,
Hold close every dream that burns ever bright.

Say no to the empty, the hollow, the vain,
Don’t give away moments you won’t earn again.

For life is not waiting, it moves like the tide,
No pause, no rewind, no place left to hide.

Each breath is a contract, each day is a deal,
With time as the currency thieves try to steal.

So rise with intention, be bold in your claim,
Don’t squander your hours in comfort or shame.

Invest in your purpose, your passion, your fire,
Climb higher than doubt, lift your soul ever higher.

Let no one diminish the worth that you own,
For time is the seed from which greatness is grown.

And when you look back at the path that you’ve made,
Let it not echo with chances that fade.

Your time is your life — remember it well,
Not something to waste, not something to sell.

Time is the one resource every person is given equally, yet it is spent in vastly different ways. Unlike money, status, or material possessions, it cannot be saved, stored, or earned back. Once a moment passes, it is gone forever. That truth alone should make time more valuable than diamonds or gold, yet in modern life it is often treated as disposable.

One of the most effective “time stealers” today is social media. Designed to capture attention, these platforms operate on an endless loop of content, drawing users in for minutes that quietly turn into hours. What begins as a quick check can easily become a prolonged scroll, leaving little to show for the time invested. While social media can connect, inform, and entertain, it also has a subtle way of consuming the very life it fills.

The danger is not just in lost productivity, but in lost presence. Time spent distracted is time not spent building meaningful experiences, pursuing goals, or simply being aware of life as it unfolds. Over time, these small losses accumulate into something far greater — missed opportunities, delayed ambitions, and a sense of time slipping away unnoticed.

Protecting your time requires intention. It means setting boundaries, becoming aware of habits, and choosing consciously how each day is spent. When you recognise time as life itself, you begin to treat it with the respect it deserves — not as something to fill, but as something to invest wisely.

Recent studies have shown that all Social Media platforms invest heavily in running a ‘Negative Bias’ Algorithm – WHY? – Because negative content generates more financially valuable clicks, shares and re-posts – Bad News has always out-sold good news. Long before the internet was even thought of, the Main-Stream-Media/MSM Traded on that very fact. The internet and Social Media simply compounded the effects many-fold, so that now it can Build! Or Destroy! – A Persons life – At WILL!
